1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation of Orders for Products
You may cancel your order for products by contacting our Customer Service team within 14 days of placing the order. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
1.2. Cancellation of Services
Cancellation of services, such as installation or consultation, should be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within this timeframe will not incur any charges. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Return Policy
2.1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery or installation.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Products that have been installed or used may not be returned unless there is a valid warranty claim (see our Warranty Policy).
2.2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorisation number.
Package the product securely, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Deliver the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect.
2.3. Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will then be issued.
