4.2. Payments should be made by the agreed-upon method and within the specified timeframe. Failure to make payments within this timeframe may result in suspension of work or additional charges.

5.1. The Customer may cancel the Services by providing written notice to us. Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will depend on the stage of the project and any incurred costs.

6. Project Timeline

6.1. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the Services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

7. Materials and Workmanship

7.1. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services and ensure that materials used are fit for their intended purpose.

7.2. Any warranties or guarantees related to the materials or workmanship will be provided as specified in the product manufacturer's warranty and will be transferred to the Customer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. The Customer shall provide access to the premises and cooperate with us in performing the Services.

8.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the premises are in a suitable condition for the provision of Services, including the removal of any obstacles or hazards.

9. Liability

9.1. Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of our negligence or breach of contract shall be limited to the value of the Services provided.

9.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages.

10. Termination

10.1. We reserve the right to terminate the Services in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other reasonable grounds.

11. Complaints
